No manufacturing of the film or blinds is required and the business offers a site visit, estimate and fitting service. The owner has a “hands on” role within the business and currently operates alone.
There is no marketing and advertising programme and new work is generated by word of mouth or repeat business from existing clients. There is clearly scope to increase the profile of the business and the non-generic trading name means that it could operate from any location.
