This is a well-established business model which has been trading since 2014 and is currently the mobile arm of the successful Scream for Pizza brand. This was the starting point from where that Company’s journey began but as Scream now look to concentrate on their expanding restaurant sites, this mobile offer is being wound down.

Whilst the trading name of the business will not be included in the sale, the existing diary will be passed across and it is anticipated that most of the forward bookings will be retained by any new owner.  In addition to the one off event bookings, the van also has some recurring pitches which will also be passed across so that there is an immediate cashflow for a new operator.  

The current business model concentrates very much on the local market but the sellers believe that the summer festival circuit would offer a huge opportunity to any new owner as it provides a captive audience for an extended period of time.  They have serviced the odd festival event and would be able to demonstrate to any enquiries as to how lucrative the festivals can be.

In addition to the fully fitted van, the sale will also include an oven trailer and an ice cream bike which as a package can service a multiple pitch offer to any event organisers.

There is a fully fitted equipped prep unit which has fridges, freezers, an ice cream machine, a dough baller plus a range of other machinery and plant.  The lease on this unit can be passed on to any new owner if required and it does provide   safe and secure storage for all the vehicles.

Staff

The business would be sold free of staff.

Fixtures & Fittings

A full inventory will be made available to bona fide enquiries.  There may be scope for buyers to agree a package of equipment that suits their particular budget, subject to agreement.

Premises
