Location

Gateshead is located approximately 290 miles north of London and circa 125 miles south of Edinburgh. The area benefits from excellent road communications, being immediately adjacent to the A1(M) and at the hub of the North East road network.  This section of the A1 has recently undergone a £60 million improvement project which has added an extra lane in both directions.

Current Commercial Elements:
